I’ll be posting here again, much more frequently.
It’s been 9 years since I was diagnosed with POTS. Life has been full of ups and downs and I’m thankful to feel healthier than ever.
Symptoms are not gone and I still center my life around my health and routines.
I’ve just learned what works through trial and error and I’m excited to share that here.
For anyone who sees this, let me know what would be helpful to share. I’m also going to open up some 1:1 sessions for coaching/advice to tailor advice to individual profiles.
I hope everyone is doing well and don’t hesitate to reach out.
We got this 🙂
Hi, Tommy!!
It’s so good to see that you are posting again! And I’m glad you are feeling healthy.
I remember finding you online at a time when I was experiencing dysautonomia/POTS symptoms and not sure what to do. Your blogs REALLY helped me! In fact, I was just saying to my therapist that I wish I could find someone that posted regularly on social media to get support… and here you are!
Do you happen to have any social media accounts? Either way, I look forward to hearing about your routines and what is working for you.
Best,
Sharon (Michigander)
Hey Sharon,
Go Blue (if you’re a umich fan)! I’m glad I was able to help and I’m thinking about posting regularly on Twitter or Reddit. Where do you see the best communities on social media? And you’ll see more end of this week in terms of routine and content. Hope you’re having a great week so far!
Go Blue indeed, Tommy! I just started following you on Twitter yesterday, and I can look for you on Reddit as well- although I’m not super active there. I do, however, find myself on Instagram frequently and like the format. In any case, I’ll follow your journey & content wherever you are because it’s my goal to also center my life around my health and routines as well. Looking forward to your future posts! 😀
